We spent Christmas Eve at sea. In the evening we had a lovely Christmas program. Home-made! We gathered in the theater and sang Christmas Carols. Many people became members of a choir. They sang, as did the children. A woman read “The Night Before Christmas.” A man read “the Christmas Story.” It was lovely. The whole show was very touching. Noone missed the fact that we are very lucky to be able to go all over the world. That was our huge Christmas gift to ourselves.
